Shipping within Australia

Fia James offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders over $100. A $10 flat rate applies for all orders under $100. Orders are sent via Australia Post Services & are sent from Western Australia.
Once your package has been sent you will receive a tracking number and details via email.
Parcels can be delayed due to matters out of our control.
For Metro Areas it is estimated your delivery will arrive within 3 Business Days after dispatch.
For Regional Areas it is estimated your delivery will arrive within 5 Business Days after dispatch.
Please note each order is subject to product availability and that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Please ensure delivery details are correct as once it leaves us we are unable to intercept it.

Shipping International

Fia James delivers internationally using Australia Post International Standard service depending on Locality.
Fia James offer FREE shipping worldwide for orders over $100. A standard flat rate of $10 applies for all international shipping under $100.
These services ensures a 1-15 business day delivery window, dependant on the locality.
Refunds and returns are not offered for international purchases.

Stock/Inventory

In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store.

In the case a sold out item is purchased you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is brought to our attention and given a refund or preferred resolution.

Our items are individually screen printed so there may be some slight differences garment to garment. Some items may have a slight odour due to the screen printing process. This will disappear once the item has been washed. Prints will also soften once washed.
